Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
• Three references, including one person who has known you for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support.
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming.
• ADLs and mobility assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders.
• Transfers and other authorized care tasks.
• Transportation and errands, as needed and authorized.
