Senior Solutions Home Care in Putnam County, TN is seeking caring in-home caregivers. We offer flexible full-time, part-time and PRN schedules and provide training to help you succeed while making a difference in seniors' lives.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, mobility support, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. Earn $16/hour base, with a $1 CNA premium for TN certification and night differentials, plus a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Successful background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication and references available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care including bathing and dressing.
• Support activities of daily living and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Handle laundry, medication reminders and errands as needed.
• Assist with transfers and transportation if authorized.
