A senior care service provider in San Diego is seeking In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate support to elderly clients. Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and are passionate about assisting seniors. With flexible shifts available, caregivers can work full-time or part-time, earning between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour. A sign-on bonus and additional incentives are also offered for dedicated caregivers.

Job Requirements

• A passion and love for the elderly
• A minimum of 6 months caregiving experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license (proof of insurance)
• Reliable transportation
• Be Fully Vaccinated or Have an Exemption
• Current TB skin test or clear x-ray
• CA Caregiver Registration (HCA) If not already obtained, Golden Years can help!!
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed

Caregivers Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, taking care of a loved one becomes your top priority. You are responsible for ensuring their overall well-being, which can include

• Personal care
• Light housework
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Incontinence care
• Transfers, ADL's
