Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support clients in their homes in Poway, CA. You will ensure safety and wellbeing, tailor activities, and provide companionship.

Requirements include 1 year of caregiving, valid license, vaccination, TB test, Live Scan, and ability to travel 25 miles. Full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
