Job summary

ComForCare In-Home Care - Baltimore/Carroll is seeking compassionate caregiving professionals to join their growing team. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, and Med Tech with opportunities to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities cover personal care, mobility assistance, medications where allowed, health monitoring, companionship, and light housekeeping. A valid license, background check, and immunizations are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, GNA, Med Tech certification or verifiable caregiving experience (HHA or PCA).
• Must be compassionate, patient and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• COVID-19 Vaccinated.
• Up to date TB or PPD.
• Up to date CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous home care or senior care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs).
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate care records.
