Qualifications

• Active CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or HHA/PCA certification, or verifiable caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• COVID-19 vaccination and up-to-date TB/PPD and CPR First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygienic support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification (Med Techs).
• Monitor and document client health, report changes to supervisors.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate care records.
