Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as PCA, HHA, or Caregiver.
• Current CNA, GNA, or Med Tech certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care or related healthcare setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Randallstown, MD area.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and home organization.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
