Job summary

Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our Hartwell, GA home-care team. You will assist clients with daily living activities in their own homes, provide mobility support, help with meals, and offer gentle companionship to improve quality of life.

Ideal candidates have PCA/CNA/HHA experience or related caregiving background, are patient and reliable, can follow detailed care plans, and document observations accurately.

Qualifications

Experience as PCA/CNA/HHA preferred.
Compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
Ability to follow detailed care plans and document observations accurately.
Reliable transportation to Hartwell, GA client homes; commute required.
Strong communication and professional attitude.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
Monitor and report changes in client health to supervisors.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
