Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs as required.
• Assist at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide errands and transportation using own vehicle.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintain client confidentiality.
