Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Little Falls, MN seeks an in-home caregiver or CNA to support seniors in their homes with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.

The role offers starting wages of $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs, with a wage increase to $20/hour after CNAs complete certification. Free CNA classes may be available to those without a CNA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares.
• Driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

Now hiring an in home caregiver or CNA to assist with seniors living in the Little Falls area! Flexible scheduling options with both full time and part time hours available.

The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20-$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.
