Job summary

Right at Home Northern Virginia is hiring in-home caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate with at least one year of homecare experience. We serve clients across Northern Virginia with flexible scheduling and a choice of shifts, including part-time, full-time, live-in, daytime, overnight, and weekends.

You’ll care for clients in private homes and in assisted living communities. Our benefits include ACA-compliant healthcare, 401(k) with up to 5% matching, PTO up to 40 hours/year, holiday

Qualifications

• One year of homecare experience or more is preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certificates required.
• Caregiving in-home duties across Northern Virginia with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home caregiving and nursing assistant support to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.

We care for clients in all locations including in their private home, in Assisted Living Communities such as Sunrise Senior Living, and Independent Living Communities.

  • Weekend caregiver pay increases - +$2-$4
  • Couple care caregiver pay increases - +$6
  • Visit rate caregiver pay increases - +$5
  • Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases - +$2
