Job summary

Right at Home Northern Virginia is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Arlington, VA who hold a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate. You will deliver personalized care to clients in private homes and in assisted living settings, with flexible scheduling options and the ability to choose clients and shifts.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on certificate and experience, with overtime, travel time, and mileage paid between client shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA, HHA, or PCA certificates.
• Experience in private home care preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities.

  • Weekend caregiver pay increases - +$2-$4
  • Couple care caregiver pay increases - +$6
  • Visit rate caregiver pay increases - +$5
  • Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases - +$2
