Job summary

Right at Home Northern Virginia is hiring in-home caregivers with CNA, HHA, or PCA certificates and at least 1 year of homecare experience. You will serve clients across Northern Virginia with flexible scheduling options including part-time, full-time, live-in, daytime, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on certificate held and shift type, with additional increases for weekends, couple care, visit rates, and Personal Care Plus assignments.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA, HHA or PCA certificates.
• Minimum of 1 year homecare experience.
• Ability to work with diverse clients in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans for clients.
• Coordinate with families and coordinators to schedule visits.
• Document visits and report changes to supervisors.
