Job summary

Right at Home Northern Virginia is seeking In-Home Caregivers with CNA, HHA, or PCA certifications and at least one year of homecare experience to support clients across Northern Virginia.

Caregivers provide personal care in private homes and residential settings, work flexible shifts including part-time, full-time, live-in, daytime and overnight, and receive competitive hourly pay with overtime, benefits, and rewards programs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay rate ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour based on certification.
• Overtime pay offered for work exceeding 40 hours per week.
• Shift and client pay increases: weekend +$2-$4, couple care +$6, visit rate +$5, Personal Care Plus +$2.
• Paid time off (up to 40 hours per year).
