Right at Home Northern Virginia is seeking in-home caregivers with CNA, HHA, or PCA certificates to provide quality care in Burke, VA. We offer flexible schedules, part-time or full-time opportunities, and support to help you balance work and life.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, with increases for weekend shifts, couple care, and visit-based duties. We also provide benefits, PTO, 401(k) matching, health insurance, and mileage reimbursement through assignments across Northern

Our caregivers and nursing assistant serve clients in all Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington , Fairfax , Prince William , and Loudoun. We give you the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work with pay increases offered based on your choices! Our nursing assistant care for hundreds of clients every day with various schedules including part time, full time, live in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend. We care for clients in all locations including in their private home, in Assisted Living Communities such as Sunrise Senior Living, and Independent Living Communities.   • Couple care caregiver pay increases - +$6
  • Visit rate caregiver pay increases - +$5
  • Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases - +$2
