Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay rate ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour based on certification.
• Overtime pay offered for work exceeding 40 hours per week.
• Shift and client pay increases: weekend +$2-$4, couple care +$6, visit rate +$5, Personal Care Plus +$2.
• Paid time off (up to 40 hours per year).
