Job summary

RNS Private Duty Care in Leawood, Kansas is seeking dependable caregivers to provide compassionate in‑home support tailored to each client’s care plan. Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Fluent in English.
Driver with clean driving record and insured vehicle.
Daily access to email.

Responsibilities

Provide care according to the client’s needs and the care plan established by the client, family, and RNS case manager.
Assist with activities of daily living, including monitoring clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, household tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management.
Provide safe transportation and assist with errands as needed.
Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable.
Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code.
Maintain current CPR certification or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
Maintain a current TB test or complete one within 90 days of hire.
Be responsible for working all assigned shifts and communicating promptly if unavailable so appropriate coverage can be arranged
