Job summary

Phoenix Home Care is seeking an In-Home Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Kansas City, MO area. This part-time role offers flexible visits to patients in their homes, delivering essential nursing care and patient education.

Responsibilities include admissions assessments, vital signs, medication management, and potential supervision of caregiver services. Active MO RN or LPN license and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in MO
• Home Care experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Strong and compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
• May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services.
