Job summary

RNS Private Duty Care in Overland Park, KS is hiring caregivers for weekend coverage with strong support. Weekend shifts pay $23/hour and benefits emphasize safety and client fit. You’ll work with case managers and a locally owned team that values caregivers.

We vet every client and home for safety and compatibility, with CPR and TB testing required within 90 days. Fluency in English, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and daily access to email.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as agreed with client, family, and RNS case manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living, monitor Alzheimer’s & dementia clients, monitor vitals, assist with transfers, and pain management.
• Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed.
• Work in homes with pets when applicable.
• Follow all RNS policies, HIPAA, code of conduct, and dress code.
• Maintain CPR certification within 90 days of hire and TB test within 90 days of hire.
• Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable.
