Job summary

Home Instead of Southwest Florida is seeking caregivers to provide companionship and personal care to clients in their homes. Earn steady income with weekly pay, flexible shifts, and opportunities for training.

Must have caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. The role includes meal prep, light housekeeping, and travel between visits, with benefits based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have some caregiving experience (paid or family)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual encouraged
• CPR certification (Red Cross approved from in-person course)

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence support
