Job summary

Home Instead in Southwest Florida is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate home care with weekly pay and competitive hourly rates. Earn between $16 and $18 per hour, with premium pay for HHA/CNA certifications after eight weeks.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience (paid or family) required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Basic English reading/writing; bilinguals encouraged.
• CPR certification (Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving for clients.
• Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Assist with personal care including grooming, bathing, incontinence management.
