Job summary

Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team, providing in-home care and support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling. The hourly rate ranges from $18 to $19.50, plus PTO, 401(k) employer match, paid travel time,

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home.
• Have a working phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.
