Job summary

Endearment Unlimited is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to assist clients in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will provide in-home care, help with daily living tasks, and support routine home upkeep while promoting client independence.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and documentation. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling to meet client and caregiver needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with medication reminders and other person-specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining independence.
• Document client care and services per company policies.
