Job summary

Nala Care - MO is seeking compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes in Farmington, Missouri. You'll provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and support mobility.

We welcome those with experience and those willing to learn; training is provided. Flexible scheduling and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a focus on respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or customer service is a plus.

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Help with mobility and transfers as needed.

• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.
