Job summary

Endearment Unlimited is an in-home care provider seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living tasks, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility support in clients' homes.

Availabilities between 7 a.m.–8 p.m. are encouraged. Positions available both part-time and full-time with flexible scheduling to meet client needs and caregiver availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a working phone.
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.

Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team.
