Job summary

CareMed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Caregiver HCA/CNA to provide direct in-home care to clients in Brewster and Pateros, Washington. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, safety, and companionship, following each client's care plan.

The role requires 1 year of caregiving experience, a certificate-level education, and excellent communication to work with clients and families. Flexible part-time schedules and weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Certificate-level education required.
• HCA or CNA license preferred.
• Ability for patient-centered care and adaptability.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of ADLs and ability to assist with personal care tasks.
• Confidentiality and knowledge of client rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home care and support to clients.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with meals as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Follow care plans and ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times.
