A Better Solution in Home Care is seeking a compassionate Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to join our Stanwood, WA team and provide in-home care and support to clients in need.

Formación

• Valid Washington State HCA or CNA certification.
• Male caregiver preferred to meet client needs and preferences.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping including laundry, cleaning and errands.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Administer medication reminders per care plan guidelines.
