Job summary

Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep. Availability between 7a.m-8p.m strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.

Work Environment:

• Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Part-time and full-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and caregivers
