Universal MH/DD/SAS is seeking individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) in the home of the contractor for a person with an Intellectual Developmental Disability. The role is full-time and contract-based, with services provided within the contractor\'s home.

Responsibilities include offering housing and daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and substance abuse recovery, empowering them to live, work, and grow in the community.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to provide in-home AFL services in the community.

Responsabilités

• Provide AFL in-home services 24/7.
• Provide housing and support to a person with developmental disability.
