Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking caring, reliable individuals to join our award-winning caregiving team in Oregon. Office located in Eugene; we serve Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Veneta, Vida, Creswell, Cottage Grove, and nearby areas. Various shifts available close to your area, including weekends.

We offer weekly pay, hands-on training, and reliable hours with travel-time compensation. No live-in shifts; bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs on rare occasions
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients to store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on clients' condition
