Job summary

TheKey is seeking caregivers in Lake Oswego, Portland, and surrounding areas to provide in-home care for aging seniors. We offer top pay rates and flexible schedules with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
Alzheimer's or Dementia experience.
Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST.
Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations.
Must be reliable, dependable and on time.
At least 18 years of age.
Basic computer skills.
Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration).

Responsibilities

Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
