TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one care for seniors in the local area. Earn top pay with compassionate, personalized support in clients’ homes, enabling independence and safety.

Formación

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Willing to commute 30 minutes minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Cognitive & Behavioral Support: Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
• Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
• Home Safety & Housekeeping: Maintaining a calm, familiar, organized home with basic cleaning, laundry and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: Engaging conversations, memory games, and activities tailored to cognitive needs.
