Happy to Help Caregiving in Burley, Idaho, is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans in their own homes. You will provide non-medical care, build meaningful relationships, and help clients stay safe and independent.

We value reliability, empathy, and clear communication as you help with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. Flexible shifts support full-time and part-time schedules within the community.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Kind, patient, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement through conversation and activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals or snacks according to client preferences and care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan (no handling/administration).
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
• Deliver respite care to allow family caregivers a break.
• Document shift activities and report changes to the office promptly.
• Respect client independence and daily routines.
