Job summary

Happy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to serve Howe, Idaho and surrounding communities. You will provide consistent, hands-on, one-on-one care in clients' homes, helping seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

The role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and respect for each client’s routines and dignity. This is relationship-driven work with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate caregiver with patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal care instructions.
• Comfortable providing one-on-one support in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, walking and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and snacks per client preferences and dietary needs.
• Provide feeding assistance when needed and transport for appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home.
• Provide medication reminders according to care plans (no administration).
• Offer respite support for family caregivers and document services.
