Happy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team serving Howe, Idaho. As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, patient, and comfortable providing one-on-one support.
• Experience in home care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Assisting with mobility, repositioning, walking, and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Providing feeding assistance when needed
• Performing light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, changing linens, tidying, and maintaining a clean and safe home
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no medication administration)
• Providing transportation assistance for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
• Offering respite support for family caregivers
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Observing and promptly reporting changes in a client's condition or needs
• Supporting each client's independence, dignity, routines, and personal preferences
