Always Best Care of Parkville is looking for Care Professionals to provide in-home personal care services to our senior community in the Westminster area.

CNA certification is not required for this position. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, being 18 or older, a valid driver’s license, and passable background checks. Prior caregiving experience (3+ years) is preferred and reliable transportation is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Personal transportation preferred.
• Active car insurance and vehicle registration.
• Ability to work one day every other weekend.
• TB skin test updated.
• Strong English and communication skills.
• Two references required.
• Background check clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care services to seniors in the Westminster area.
• Support with daily living activities and household tasks as needed.
