Job summary

Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support, promoting independence and safety for clients in their own homes. Training and resources are provided to ensure success and quality care.

Applicants should be 18+, have a valid driver's license if travel is required, pass a background check, be CPR certified, and have prior home healthcare experience or a strong preference for those new to the field. Mobile clock-in capability is required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation: prepare meals per dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Mobility assistance: help clients move safely at home or between locations.
• Household tasks: light housekeeping like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Companionship: provide emotional support and engage in activities.
• Monitoring: observe and report health changes to family or supervisors.
• Documentation: maintain accurate care records and daily activities.
