Job summary

Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide personalized care for clients across life stages. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship while documenting care in mobile systems.

Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure safety and high-quality care in the clients’ homes. Qualifications include 18+ years, CPR, background check, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).
• Able to pass a Criminal background check.
• Fingerprinted with MSDH.
• CPR certified.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role – Preferred.
• Internet accessible mobile phone for documenting service delivery and tasks provided.
• Maintain punctuality and accurate documentation of daily care activities.
• Demonstrate reliability and empathy in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Mobility assistance: Help clients move safely within their homes or between locations.
• Household tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients’ health to family or supervisors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities
