Job summary

Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC seeks empathetic in-home caregivers to support clients across life stages. You will promote independence, safety and well-being with personalized assistance in clients’ homes.

Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check and MSDH fingerprinting, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of home health experience. We value reliability, communication, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a Criminal background check.
• Fingerprinted with MSDH.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of home healthcare experience (preferred).
• Internet-enabled mobile phone for documenting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs.
• Assist clients with safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities.
• Monitor health changes and report promptly.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
