Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and paraprofessional services per care plan.
• Grooms, bathes, assists with hygiene and mobility.
• Assists with feeding and meal preparation as instructed.
• Performs homemaking tasks: light cleaning, laundry, dishwashing.
• Engages client with activities and conversations.
• Assists with prescribed range of motion exercises and other nurse-directed tasks.
