Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis Southeast, IN is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team serving seniors and disabled adults across North Central Indianapolis and surrounding counties. We provide care in clients' homes with flexible shifts and a supportive environment.

You will perform personal care and related tasks per a care plan, promote safety, and help clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability and reliable transportation
• Must follow company policies and directions from staff
• Must have valid driver's license and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities per plan of care (ADLs).
• Assists with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene.
• Supports feeding and meal preparation per instructions.
• Engages client in activities to promote well-being.
• Completes homemaking tasks and light housekeeping as needed.
• Assists with ROM exercises as taught by nurse.
