Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis Southeast, IN is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities across the greater Indianapolis area. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Flexible shifts are available, with a focus on safe, community-based in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and engagement, while maintaining a high standard of safety and companionship.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
• Dependable, professional, and safety-minded.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Willing to follow all company policies and directions from office staff.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs and personal care as outlined in the Plan of Care.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Provide light homemaking tasks (laundry, dishes, cleaning) as needed.
• Prepare meals per instructions and assist with feeding as appropriate.
• Engage clients with conversation, activities, and companionship.
