Qualifications

- Must possess a valid driver's license and use of a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to follow company policies and communicate with the office team.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and related services per care plan.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
- Prepare meals and perform light homemaking tasks.
- Engage clients with social activities and games.
- Follow nurse-taught patient-care procedures and ROM exercises.
- Maintain accurate communication with office staff and document care.
