Altra Homecare Group in Indiana is seeking compassionate caregivers to join as PCA, HHA, CNA or with no experience. You will provide essential personal care in clients' homes, follow care plans, and report changes to supervisors.

This role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay between $14 and $17 per hour, overtime and holiday pay, and benefits like health, dental, and vision insurance. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and read/record care instructions in

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 or older.
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
Comply with State and Federal training requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist with client laundry as needed.
Provide medication reminders.
Ensure client safety.
Report significant changes in the client’s condition directly to their supervisor.
Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required.
Monitor and record client temperature.
Assist client’s with ambulation.
Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
Offer bathing assistance.
Perform light housekeeping.
Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
