Job summary

Altra Homecare Group in Goshen, IN seeks compassionate Personal Care Attendants, Home Health Aides, and CNAs to provide in-home support. You will assist with daily activities, reminders, and basic medical tasks under state guidelines.

This role welcomes those with or without prior experience, offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental and vision coverage. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Possess a valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

Assist with client laundry as needed
Provide medication reminders
Ensure client safety
Report significant changes in the client’s condition directly to their supervisor
Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
Monitor and record client temperature
Assist client’s with ambulation
Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
Offer bathing assistance
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
