Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or those with no prior experience. This in-home caregiver role involves providing essential personal care services tailored to each client's needs in the comfort of their own home.

You will perform tasks such as medication reminders, basic nursing support, safety monitoring, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and companionship while maintaining strict privacy and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Possess a valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

Assist with client laundry as needed.
Provide medication reminders.
Ensure client safety and report changes to supervisor.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
Monitor and record client temperature.
Assist with ambulation and ROM exercises.
Maintain documentation and adhere to care protocols.
Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
Assist bathing and light housekeeping.
Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate, independent individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA or those with no prior experience. As a professional caregiver, you will be responsible for critical key personal care services curated to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist with client laundry as needed
Provide medication reminders
Ensure client safety
Report significant changes in the client’s condition directly to their supervisor
Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
Monitor and record client temperature
Assist client’s with ambulation
Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
Offer bathing assistance
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companion services, including letter‑writing and reading
