This in-person position emphasizes compassionate support and meaningful community impact. As a caregiver, you will execute care plans, assist with ADLs, personal hygiene, meal prep, light housekeeping, and driving to appointments while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Home Care Aide registration with the State of California.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Assist with ADLs within scope of practice.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal planning, and housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes to the administrator.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Drive to appointments and produce records of hours worked.
• Complete required training and maintain registration.
