Job summary

Nurse Next Door in Novato, CA is hiring Home Care Aides. Starts immediately, pay $22–$25 per hour. You will execute care plans, assist with ADLs, help with personal hygiene, meal planning, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving and assisting with activities of daily living is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes accurately.
• Strong communication and compassionate interaction with clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Assist clients with ADLs within scope of practice for a Health Care Aide.
• Support personal hygiene, meal planning and preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Document services performed and maintain required records.
• Drive to appointments or errands and maintain shift coverage.
