Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate IN HOME CAREGIVERS in Clearwater to provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship in clients' homes. You will support elderly and disabled individuals to stay safe and comfortable in their own environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, and monitoring safety. We value reliable, caring candidates and offer training to achieve required certifications while ensuring a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Able to work with male and female clients.
• Must pass Level II Background Check.
• TB Screening with negative result.
• Training provided to certification programs.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia Certification preferred.
• HIV/AIDS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and disabled adults.
• Perform personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Monitor client safety within the home.
• Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, etc.).
• Assist with ambulation and transferring.
• Help with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Assist with grocery/online shopping.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals.
• Provide friendly medication reminders.
