Job summary

Senior Helpers Clearwater is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care, helping clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

You’ll engage clients, assist with daily activities, and communicate updates to families while working with a supportive team that values work-life balance. Training and growth opportunities are provided to help you advance as a caregiver.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about helping others
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass Level II background check
• Valid vehicle registration
• Valid vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
